I am Martin Koh, the owner of martinkoh.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and how I handle it.

When you contact me or enquire about a course, I may collect:

  • telephone or WhatsApp number;
  • course interests;
  • professional information that you choose to provide; and
  • the contents of your enquiry or message.

If you register for a course, I may also collect information needed to administer your registration, attendance and payment.

Please do not send NRIC numbers, passport details, banking information or other sensitive information through the general enquiry form unless I specifically ask you to provide it through a secure method.

2. Information collected when you visit the website

The website may automatically collect technical information such as:

  • browser and device information;
  • pages you visit;
  • the date and time of your visit;
  • links you select; and
  • cookies or similar identifiers.

The website uses Google Analytics and related Google technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its performance.

  • provide information about courses, schedules and fees;
  • process and manage course registrations;
  • send course instructions or schedule updates;
  • coordinate course delivery with the relevant training provider;

  • professional advisers; and

I only share information needed for the relevant purpose.

5. WhatsApp, social media and external websites

The website contains links to services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Zoom.

If you use one of these services, its provider may collect and process information according to its own privacy policy. I do not control how those external services handle your information.

  • administer courses;
